About Atlas

Atlas Mortgages is independent. This means we are not tied to any particular lender and are not required to sell any product ahead of another. As a result, the client is able benefit from complete impartiality. Our umbrella network, Mortgage Intelligence, has access to many products not available through your bank or other high street lenders. If you find a product or a lender that is not on our panel simply inform us and it can be added to the panel as soon as possible.

All our advisors have a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. All information held about you by Atlas Mortgages is kept securely and will not be passed on to anyone, without your specific consent except in four specific instances. These are:

where we are legally obliged to do so
where it is in the company's best interests to do so
where it is in the public interest to do so
where you have authorised us to do so

But why use a broker?

Well, how valuable is your time? If you have time to ring round hundreds of lenders to find the best rate for your circumstances, then maybe you don't need one. However, Atlas Mortgages can search through several thousand mortgages to find the product most suited to your requirements and in a fraction of the time. Using the Trigold sourcing system, we will even produce mortgage illustrations for you to consider before proceeding to full application stage.
